It is up to you how often you have English coaching lessons. Some students have lessons once or twice a week, other students have intensive lessons. It depends on your particular language needs and when you are available. English tutoring Lessons are at least 1.5 hours in length for you to achieve the best learning outcomes.

If you have to cancel a lesson, you contact the tutor directly. We ask that you give 24 hour’s notice to the tutor. If not, you will be charged for the lesson. If you don’t like the tutor, then let us know and a satisfactory solution will be worked through. If you need a refund because your situation has changed, and you need to stop lessons, we will consider a refund.

In the first lesson, the tutor will check different areas of your English and discuss your particular needs and level. To do this we use the EASy Report™ this diagnostic tool gives the tutor an understanding of your level in reading, writing, speaking and listening. The tutor will also talk to you about your goals and the outcomes you want to achieve from the tutoring lessons. It is important that we fully establish what you want to achieve from the classes so that you meet the outcomes you desire.

We send you an invoice for an agreed block of hours and you pay us. The invoice can be paid directly online with your credit card (surcharge applies) or you can transfer funds.  You do not need to give any money to the tutor.
